Rule 122
Proceedings after submission of committee report

(1) After the report of the committee is presented, the report will be distributed to the members.
(2) Unless otherwise ordered by the Speaker, at any meeting twenty-four hours after the distribution of the report of the committee, the member introducing the bill may submit any of the following motions:-
(a) To discuss the bill with the report,
(b) The bill should be sent back to the relevant committee with instructions for reconsideration in relation to a specific clause or clauses.
(3) If the presenting member submits a proposal according to sub-rule (2), any other member may submit another proposal according to the same sub-rule.
(4) If a proposal is submitted in accordance with sub-rule (3), the speaker shall give the opportunity to the proposing member and the member introducing the bill to speak, and after both have spoken, if the proposing member does not withdraw the proposal, the proposal shall be submitted for the decision of the assembly without further discussion.
(5) If it is decided to send the bill back to the committee, the bill will be reconsidered and sent back to the relevant committee to submit a report.
(6) According to sub-rule (5), the committee shall consider the bill returned for reconsideration as soon as possible and present the bill with the corresponding report in the meeting.
(7) After the report submitted by the committee in accordance with sub-rule (6) is distributed to the members, on the day and time specified by the speaker, the presenting member may submit the proposal as per clause (a) of sub-rule (2).
(8) After approval of the proposal as per clause (a) of sub-rule (2) or sub-rule (7), the report of the committee and related sections of the bill and related sections can be discussed only.
