: (1) Committee meetings shall be held at least four times a year.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be called by the member-secretary under the direction of the chairman of the committee.
(3) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee, the member-secretary shall give notice to all the members of the committee with the agenda to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to be reached.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence by the members present at the meeting of the committee by a member chosen from among themselves.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any person related to the vaccination program to the meeting of the committee.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
