Rule 189
Secretariat of the Committee
(1) The Secretariat of each Committee shall be under the Secretariat. (2) The secretary shall be the ex-officio secretary of each committee (3) The Secretary General may appoint a senior officer under him to act as secretary of the committee.
(4) The secretary of the committee may request necessary information from the relevant ministry, department or agency to assist in the performance of the committee's work.
