Rule 187
Power to maintain order and discipline in the Committee
(1) The chairman shall have all the rights of the chairman in accordance with this regulation in relation to the committee and the members of the committee to maintain peace, order and discipline in the meeting of the committee. However, if a member is expelled or suspended from a committee, he will not be considered to have been expelled or suspended from the meeting or from any other committee of the House of Representatives.
(2) If any member of the committee is expelled or suspended after exercising the right under sub-rule (1), the chairman shall inform the chairman of the same.
