(1) An educational institution that has received a letter of intent in accordance with Rule 6 may submit an application to the Commission in the format specified in Schedule-3 for the recommendation of affiliation.
(2) When submitting an application according to sub-rule (1), a self-evaluation report must be attached after fulfilling the criteria prescribed by the Act and the Commission.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the committee may conduct a study by itself or the experts of the relevant subject and conduct on-site inspection as required.
(4) The committee may make a recommendation to the commission if it is deemed necessary to give a connection from the study or inspection as per sub-rule (3).
(5) Based on the recommendation of the committee as per sub-rule (4), the Commission may recommend to the concerned university to grant affiliation to the educational institution.
