(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, if any member disturbs peace, order and discipline in the meeting room or attempts to do so or commits destructive acts in the meeting room in a way that harms the reputation of the meeting or uses force or attempts to do so or causes any physical damage. If so, the speaker can order the dignitary to immediately expel him from the meeting room. In this way, the Speaker may suspend the expelled member for a maximum of fifteen days and order him to pay compensation for the damaged material.
(2) A member suspended according to sub-rule (1) shall not be allowed to attend the assembly and any committee meeting during that period.
(3) In case any member is suspended in accordance with this rule or if such suspension is lifted, the Secretary shall give notice thereof to the relevant committee and parliamentary party.
(4) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, if the speaker becomes aware after the meeting that any member has behaved offensively or destructively during the meeting or has caused physical damage to the meeting room, the speaker may suspend such member for a maximum period of fifteen days and compensate him for the material damage. Ordering will not be hindered. But before ordering such action, the speaker should give the concerned members a reasonable opportunity to present their explanations.
