Rule 70
Proposals may be submitted without notice
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this paragraph, with the permission of the Speaker, any of the following motions may be moved without notice and no controversial matter shall be raised by such motion:-
(a) Acknowledgment,
(b) To adjourn the meeting,
(c) Withdrawal of Proposals and Amendments,
(d) Congratulating or condoling,
(e) Adjournment of discussion,
(f) Extending the duration of deliberations,
(g) to extend the period of the meeting, or
(h) Termination of discussion.
(2) Regarding the proposal mentioned in sub-rule (1), after obtaining the permission of the Speaker and presenting the proposal in the meeting, the Speaker will submit the said proposal for decision of the meeting.
