Section 58
Protection of conditions of service
The conditions of service relating to pay, gratuity, pension and other benefits applicable to any civil servant immediately upon his appointment shall not be changed adversely affecting him without his approval. If any subsequent amendment adversely affects the above-mentioned conditions of service of a civil servant existing before such amendment, such provision shall not be applicable to him without the written approval of such amended provision.
