Rule 130
Keeping records of those dismissed from service
(1) In relation to civil servants who have been dismissed from service due to their disqualification for future government service, the officer issuing the dismissal order shall give notice to the Public Service Commission, Police Headquarters and Civil Libraries including three generations of open hulia of such employees. Such information should be sent by the police head office to each district police office.
(2) If a person who has been dismissed from service as per sub-rule (1) is re-appointed to a civil service or position, he shall be immediately dismissed from service by returning the salary received from him after being so re-appointed.
