Section 55
Don't provoke the soldiers or the police
(1) Any person who incites Nepali Army, Nepal Police or Armed Police Force, soldiers, police or armed police constables or officers stationed in Nepal to desert or incites or breaks discipline or detracts from duty. Such a person should not be given shelter knowingly or having reason to believe that he is a person who has escaped from the army or police.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to ten years and fined up to one lakh rupees.
