Rule 80
Permission of the meeting to submit the adjournment motion ;-<br>
(1) After giving permission to submit the proposal according to Rule 78, the speaker will take the name of the proposing member at the beginning of the meeting and then the member who wants to submit the adjournment proposal will ask permission of the meeting to submit the proposal.
(2) If any member opposes the motion as per sub-rule (1), the Speaker shall order the member who supports the adjournment motion to stand and if twenty-eight or more members stand, it shall be deemed that the permission of the meeting has been obtained to submit the motion.
