Rule 79
Conditions related to adjournment proposal
A proposal to adjourn the agenda of the meeting to discuss any matter of urgent and public importance may be submitted subject to the following conditions:-
(a) The subject matter of the proposal should be an immediate occurrence and within the responsibility of the Government of Nepal, and
(b) The condition mentioned in rule 62 should be fulfilled.

(1) In the following cases, the Bill shall be removed from the register:-
