Rule 212
Notice of vacancy
(1) According to Article 89 of the Constitution, if any member's position becomes vacant, the Speaker shall inform the meeting about the matter.
(2) In the event that the meeting of the Assembly is not in progress, the Speaker shall publish such information in the notice.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the Secretary shall inform the Council of Ministers and the Election Commission about the vacancies and shall publish the information in the Nepal Gazette.
