Rule 50
Deciding whether it is acceptable or not

(1) The Speaker shall decide whether a question is admissible or not. If it is found that the right to ask questions has been misused or is against the constitution or these regulations or is likely to harm the reputation of the House or disrupt the proceedings of the meeting, such question may be rejected in whole or in part.
(2) If the Speaker deems it appropriate, he may make necessary amendments for the purpose of making it in accordance with the rules without affecting the summary of the question.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the Speaker may consult with the questioning member before making the amendment.
(4) The decision made by the Speaker regarding whether the question is admissible or not and whether it should be amended or not shall be final.
