Section 59
Limit
(1) An appeal may be filed at any time for offenses under Sections 49, 50, 51, 52, 53 and 57.
(2) Apart from the section mentioned in sub-section (1), an offense under any other section under this chapter shall not be appealed after two years have passed from the date of the knowledge of such offence.
