Section 240
Limit
(1) In case of death due to the work done under sub-section (4) of section 230, sub-section (4) of 231, 232, 233, sub-section (4) of 235 and 238, the time limit mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 187 will apply.
(2) An offense under sub-section (1) of Section 230 shall not be filed after one year from the date of knowledge of such offense and six months from the date of occurrence of such offense in the case of other offenses under this paragraph.
