Section 63
Don't riot
(1) No one shall commit or cause a riot.
(2) If an unlawful assembly or a participant of such assembly uses force in order to achieve the purpose of such assembly or vandalizes or damages public or private property, every participant of such assembly shall be deemed to have committed riot.
(3) Every person who commits an offense under subsection (1) shall be imprisoned for up to two years and fined up to 20,000 rupees if it is carried out with a dangerous weapon and shall be imprisoned for up to one year and fined up to 10,000 rupees for not carrying dangerous weapons.
