Section 182

Except in the case of section 179, no one shall kill anyone by doing any act of heinousness.
(2) A person who commits an offense under sub-section (1) will be imprisoned for up to three years and fined up to thirty thousand rupees.
(3) Except for what is written in sub-section (1), in the case where it does not seem likely that someone will die, if someone dies as a result of doing something, he will be punished with imprisonment for a term of six months to two years or with a fine of up to twenty thousand rupees.
