Don't write letters with shocking vulgarity
(1) One shall not threaten, harass, tease or in any other manner by any letter, pamphlet or any other type of writing, written or electronic means, with the intent to frighten, frighten or distress or harass, insult or disrespect any person. br> (2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
