: 4.1.1 According to subsection (5) of section 3 of the Act, to install telephone or electric lines within the protected monument area, to dig land for drinking water or sewage, to build or repair roads, ...., festival , a person or an organization who wants to celebrate a fair, perform dances or park a vehicle or put up a poster or a picture must submit an application to the department in the format as per schedule-1 for the approval of the department. 4.1.2 In case of application as per sub-rule 4.1.1, the chief archeological officer will give permission to carry out such work in accordance with schedule-2 if any work as per sub-rule 4.1.1 will not have any adverse effect on the protected monument area .
