1 A technical committee has been formed as follows to advise the department regarding the style and standards of houses to be built on private land within the protected monument area:- 2.1.1.1 Technical officer appointed by the department - Chairman 2.1.1.2 Representative , Building Department - Member 2.1.1.3 Representative, Housing and Urban Development Department - Member 2.1.1.4 Representative, Kathmandu Valley City Development Plan Implementation Committee - Member 2.1.1.5 Architect appointed by the department – Member 2.1.1.6 Officer designated by the department - Member-Secretary 2.1.2 The Technical Committee may invite domestic or foreign experts or foreign experts or consultants or any official of the Government of Nepal to participate as an observer in the meeting of the Technical Committee. 2.1.3 Technical committee meetings will be held as required. 2.1.4 Other procedures related to the meeting of the technical committee can be arranged by the technical committee itself. 2.
