1 For the purposes of sub-rule 4.10.3 of rule 4.10, there will be a board of directors as follows:- 4.11.1.1 Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation - Chairman 4. 11.1.2 Director General, Department – ​​Member 4.11.1.3 Representative, Ministry of Finance – Member 4.11.1.4 Representative, Central Education Department of Culture and Archaeology, Tribhuvan University – Member 4.11.1. 5 One person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the non-governmental organizations involved in the conservation of ancient monuments - Member 4.11.2 The term of office of the person nominated according to sub-rule 4.11.1.5 shall be one year. He may be nominated for another term. 4.11.3 The amount of the fund will be deposited in a commercial bank designated by the board of directors of the fund. The operation of such account will be done by the joint signature of the director general of the department and the authorized staff of the department designated by the board of directors. 4.11.4 The department may appoint an authorized employee to act as the secretary of the fund management committee.
