2 Fund will have the following amounts:- 4.10.2.1 Amount received from the Government of Nepal. 4.10.2.2 The amount provided by a person or organization in the form of donation or assistance. 4.10.2.3 Funds received from international organizations, foreign governments or individuals. 4.10.2.4 ………. 4.10.2.5 Amounts received from entrance fees or other fees charged to enter the memorial area. 4.10.2.6 Amount received from the sale of books, booklets, magazines and posters etc. published by the department. 4.10.3 The money accumulated in the fund will be spent for the purpose of restoration and protection of private or public monuments that are considered important from history, art, architecture, religious and cultural point of view. However, the money allocated to a particular monument will be spent only on the restoration and preservation of that monument. 4.10.4 The account of income and expenditure of the fund shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing law and audited by the auditor general's department or the auditor appointed by that department.
