Rule 3
1
1 In order to assist in the preservation of ancient monuments in each protected monument area, the department may form an ancient monument preservation support committee as follows:- 3.1.1.1 Archaeological officer designated by the department - coordinator 3.1.1.2 Kathmandu Valley For outside districts, the relevant village development committee or the head of the municipality, for Kathmandu Valley, the map area officer of the relevant municipality – member 3.1.1.3 Representative, Guthi Institute and where there is no local office of Guthi Institute, the representative of the goods or goods delivery office – member 3.1. 1.4 Representative, Kathmandu Valley Urban Development Plan Implementation Committee (within Kathmandu Valley) and Engineer of Building and Housing and Urban Development Branch in other districts - Member 3.1.1.5 Representative, concerned District Office - Member 3.1.1.6 Representative, concerned District Police Office - Member 3.1.1.7 Representative, Ministry of Tourism (for Kathmandu Valley) - Member 3.1.1.8 Darbar under the Department Where there is a care center, Darbar Care Center Head - Member 3.1. 1.9 Architect designated by the department - Member 3.1.2 The department may change or reduce the members of the support committee as needed. 3.1.3 The Cooperation Committee may invite domestic or foreign experts or consultants or any official of the Government of Nepal to participate in the meeting of the Cooperation Committee as an observer. 3.1.4 Meetings of the support committee will be held as needed. 3.1.5 Other procedures related to the meeting of the cooperation committee can be arranged by the cooperation committee itself.
