1.2.1 Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations, — 1.2.1.1 "Act" shall mean the Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 2013. 1.2.1.2 "Department" means Government of Nepal, Department of Archaeology. 1.2.1.3 "Technical Committee" shall mean the Technical Committee constituted as per rule 2.1. 1.2.1.4 "Cooperation Committee" shall mean the Ancient Monuments Conservation Cooperative Committee constituted as per rule 3.1. 1.2.1.5 "Classification Committee" shall mean the Ancient Monuments Survey and Classification Committee constituted under Rule 2.3. 1.2.1.6. "Fund" shall mean the Ancient Monument Conservation Fund set up under Rule 4.10.
