Transfer
(1) The Government of Nepal may transfer a civil employee holding expert post without altering the responsibility of similar nature of job and work performance within the limit of the prescribed service, group and sub-group.
(2) A civil employee who has been transferred pursuant to Sub- rule (1) shall be transferred along with his or her post.
