Transfer
(1) A civil employee serving in the classless post and non- gazetted fifth class post may be transferred to the classless post and non-gazetted fifth class post of similar nature.
(2) Transfer of a classless civil employee and a civil employee
of the non-gazetted fifth class shall be made shall be made by the Chief of Office, in respect of subordinate offices and by the Head of Department in respect of other offices.
