Section 72
Delegation of rights

(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate the powers it has acquired under this Act by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette so that the civil servants or officials specified in the notice may exercise them. But the rights obtained according to the Act cannot be delegated by any other Act except this Act.
(2) An officer may delegate to civil servants under him in order to exercise the powers granted to him under his general supervision under this Act.
