Rule 3
Summoning and Termination of Sessions
- (1) The General Secretary or in his absence, the Secretary shall give notice to the members that the President has convened a session in accordance with Article 93, Clause (1) of the Constitution. The President will read it out in the meeting. However, if the meeting of the National Assembly is adjourned, if the session ends, the Secretary General or in his absence, the Secretary will give the information to the members through a notice. Propaganda will also be done through public media according to information requirements.
