Rule 29
Division

(1) In accordance with sub-rule (2) of Rule 28, if at least six members stand in their respective positions and express their disagreement with the declaration of the Chairman, the Chairman shall divide the members who say "yes" and "no" and collect votes in the following manner:-(a) Each By making the member pronounce the word “yes” or “no”, or (b) by entering both “yes” and “no” members into the chamber (lobby) through different doors and signing the alphabetical list, or (c) automatic vote recording device. (2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), if the chairman finds the demand for division unnecessary, before giving the division order, the members who say "yes" and "no" stand up in their respective places and count the numbers can determine the decision of the assembly. (3) In case of automatic vote recording machine being used to collect votes as per sub-rule (1), - (a) if the chairman feels that a member is unable to operate the machine for any reason, he may count the votes by asking him before pronouncing the decision, (b) any member If there is a wrong vote due to pressing the wrong point of the automatic vote recording machine, he can draw the attention of the chairman and correct his vote before announcing the decision. (5) The Chairman shall have the right to divide any proposal into more than one question for decision.
