Rule 26
Niyamapatti

(1) If a member feels that a rule has been violated in a matter that is immediately pending before the meeting, he may raise an open objection to the rule that has been violated. The member who is speaking must stop speaking. (3) The member who raises the objection will be allowed to speak only about the objection and after raising the objection, he must take his place.
