Rule 67
Attention

(1) A member may draw the attention of the concerned Minister on a matter of public importance with the prior approval of the Chairman. (2) If the attention is drawn according to sub-rule (1), the Minister may, if he wishes, request time to reply immediately at the meeting or on another day. (3) Related After the minister has answered according to sub-rule (2), there will be no discussion on it. However, the member whose name is in the list of topics mentioned in the program can ask for clarification and the answer will be given by the minister at the end. Names of more than three members shall not be included in one attention in such agenda. (4) In order to draw attention according to sub-rule (1), one member shall be allowed to draw attention only once in one meeting and not more than two times in one meeting. (5) Sub-rule (1) (6) If more than two notices for a given day are approved by the chairman, the two notices to be placed on the agenda will be determined by round robin.
