Rule 92
Decision on Ordinance
(1) After the minister concerned has responded in accordance with rule 91, the chairman shall submit the proposal to the meeting for decision to reject the ordinance. (2) If the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) is not passed by the meeting, the chairman shall re-submit the proposal to accept the said ordinance for the decision of the meeting. (3) ) If no notice is received regarding the rejection of the ordinance in accordance with this paragraph, the chairman will allow the concerned minister to propose that the said ordinance be approved.
