Section 112
The final report must be submitted
within thirty days from the date of completion of the tasks required to be done by the special management group in relation to the insurer under its control, the expiry of its term of office or the dissolution of the group due to any reason. The final report should be submitted to the authority by including the prescribed details regarding the completed work.
