(1) The qualification of the insurance intermediary or other insurance service provider applying in accordance with section (93) shall be as prescribed.
(2) An insurance intermediary must have passed the prescribed examination before obtaining a license. (3) Licenses to act as insurance brokers and third party facilitators will only be given to registered organizations with the following qualifications as per prevailing laws:-
(a) As prescribed by the authority. having authorized capital,
(b) Having four years of experience in the work related to personal insurance, working as a manager of an organized body,
(c) Fulfilled other conditions prescribed by the authority.
(4) Other arrangements regarding insurance intermediaries or other insurance providers shall be as prescribed.
