Section 63
Insurance

(1) The insurer shall issue the policy as approved by the authority.
(2) After the policy is issued, it shall be deemed that there is an insurance contract between the insurer and the insured on the matters mentioned in the policy and the terms of such contract shall be binding for both parties.
(3) After one year from the date of issue of the policy, the insurer shall not be entitled to raise any question regarding the fact that the insured did not disclose anything while offering the insurance.
(4) In sub-section (3). Regardless of what is written, after the policy is issued, if it is confirmed that an insured has maliciously concealed material facts related to the risk or has given false information, the insurer may at any time instruct the insured to correct such information - or withhold any benefits the insured may receive.
(5) The insured may transfer the rights to other persons as specified in the insurance policy of life insurance.
(6) Other arrangements related to insurance will be as determined/made by the authority.
