(1) Any foreign insurance company shall inform the authority in writing before inspecting or monitoring its branch office opened in Nepal.
(2) Any foreign insurance company shall prepare a report and submit a copy of it to the authority after inspection or monitoring in accordance with sub-section (1) at its branch office opened in Nepal.
