Rule 39
Other workable

(1) In accordance with Rule 38, the following tasks can be done on the days set for discussion:-(a) before the discussion begins, complete the formal tasks related to the procedure of the assembly, or (b) submit a motion seeking permission to introduce a bill or introduce any bill. (2) If the motion to adjourn the discussion is accepted, any of the following may be done during the days fixed for discussion in the address:-(a) To submit a motion for the passage of a bill, or (b) To present the matters for which the time limit for presentation in the meeting has been set according to law. to do, or (c) to discuss urgent business introduced by any Minister.
