The Committee may retire any employee from the service of the Federal Parliament in the following circumstances:-
(a) If it is proved that any employee gives or attempts to give to any unauthorized person or body any secret government document, document or information in his charge or obtained by him in any way,
(b) If it is proven that any employee has acted irresponsibly against the dignity of his position by establishing unwanted contact with any foreign country, organization or citizen contrary to the reputation of the Federal Parliament and the national interest.
