Section 15
Statement of work
(1) Based on the statement of work of the organization approved by the committee, the general secretary shall prepare and implement the statement of work for each position of the service.
(2) In the job description according to sub-section (1), the work, duties, responsibilities, rights and qualifications of the relevant post must be clearly mentioned.
(3) When appointing an employee, along with the appointment letter, his job description and the index for evaluation according to that job description should also be provided.
(4) Other arrangements related to work description shall be as prescribed.
