Section 91
Appeal
(1) An employee who is not satisfied with the order of departmental punishment given by the officer entitled to order departmental punishment in accordance with this Act, may file an appeal before the administrative court established in accordance with subsection (1) of section 69 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(2) If an employee's service is reinstated as a result of the final appeal of the punishment received by an employee, his/her employment shall not be terminated if he/she fails to appear within three months from the date of notification of such decision.
