(1) The initial appointment to the permanent post of the Federal Parliament Service shall be made on a trial period of one year in the case of male employees and six months in the case of female employees.
(2) If his work is not satisfactory during the trial period, such appointment can be revoked.
(3) After the probationary period of the employee whose appointment has not been revoked according to sub-section (1), the appointment shall be deemed to be automatically approved. However, once an employee who has completed the probationary period in the permanent position of the Federal Parliament Service or other government service, if he is appointed to a permanent position in the Federal Parliament Service and comes with Ramana, such an employee will not be placed in the probationary period again. Explanation: For the purpose of this clause, "Other Government Service" means Civil Service and Nepal Health Service.
