Section 158
Not to be held accountable for actions done with good intentions
(1) No member or employee of the Authority shall be personally or collectively liable for any action taken in good faith in accordance with this Act or the rules, regulations or guidelines made under this Act. But he will be personally responsible for any act done knowingly or with wrong intention.
(2) If there is any kind of lawsuit against any member or employee of the Authority in relation to any damage caused or caused by anything done or intended to be done in good faith in order to comply with this Act or the rules, regulations (or guidelines) made under this Act, the expenses of such case shall be borne by the Authority. Provided that the Authority shall not bear the costs of litigation in respect of any act done knowingly or with wrongful intention.
