Section 2A
Central Authority for Personnel Administration

(1) The Ministry of General Administration will act as the central body in relation to the formation, operation and service conditions of the civil service and the management and operation of civil servants to run the administration of the country.
(2) Except as mentioned in this Act or the rules made under this Act, work related to the administration of civil servants cannot be done without the policy approval of the Ministry of General Administration.
