Section 104
Keeping records of employee convictions

(1) The Secretariat shall keep a record of the employee's punishment.
(2) The record maintained in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be used as a basis for assigning responsibility to the head of department, evaluating performance, awarding legislative-parliament service awards or decorations, nominating for study or training, upgrading and providing any other kind of opportunity throughout the following period: -
(a) for a period of one year from the date of conviction for receiving admonition,
(b) for the duration of the suspension,
(c) During the period of suspension for suspension of promotion,
(d) For withholding of salary increase throughout the period of suspension.
