The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Council shall be as follows:-

(a) Implementation of decisions and instructions of the Assembly,

(c) To prepare the programme, budget, progress report, audit report and other proposals to be presented in the meeting,

(d) Donation received to the university- Accepting donations, (e) Protecting the University's funds and movable and immovable assets and selling them as necessary within the policy and direction of the Assembly, (f) Supervising the activities conducted under the University,

(g) To prepare the draft of university related regulations and submit it to the assembly,

(h) To appoint the teachers and staff of the university and the principals of the university,

(i) ) To determine the posts of teachers and staff required for educational and administrative work.
