The insurer shall submit to the Authority within thirty days of the end of each quarterly period 8 quarterly financial statements including its income-expenditure account, net assets and changes therein, insurance, reinsurance, claims, investments.
(2) The insurer shall prepare the audited balance sheet and statement of profit and loss for each financial year and submit it to the authority in the prescribed format within six months of the next financial year.
(3) Insurers shall publish details of their financial condition and risk status every three months.
