Section 76
An insurance company may be opened for the purpose of insurance only
(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, an insurance company may be established for the sole purpose of conducting small life insurance or small non-life insurance business.
(2) In sub-section (1). The capital of the insurer to be established for the purpose mentioned shall be as prescribed.
(3) Provisions related to establishment and license of insurers to be established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be in accordance with this Act.
