Section 268
No purchase, sale, repair, etc. of counterfeiting tools
(1) No person shall make, repair, buy, sell, transact or possess any tool or any other article knowingly or having reasonable cause to believe that it will be used in counterfeiting.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to five years and fined up to fifty thousand rupees.
