Rule 156
Quorum

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, the quorum of the committee shall be one-third of the total number of members of the committee. (2) If the quorum is not reached at the meeting of the committee, the chairman may adjourn the meeting for another time or day. (3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the meeting of the committee If the meeting has to be adjourned twice in a row without reaching the quorum, the chairman must inform the chairman.
